"You dont love me any more"

What’s love between a man and a woman? Will some one tell me for god sake?

“I love you”, the three beautiful words (I had to be on coke the whole night to convince myself that those words are the world’s most beautiful words when together).

Is love between a Man and his pet is as between him and his woman? Or there are severity definitions and formulas around it.

Severity 1- Love between a man and a woman
Severity 1 SLA: When in trouble TAT 15 minutes and Resolution time 2 hours or ASAP which ever is earlier.

Severity 2- Love between a man and his son/daughter
Severity 2 SLA: When in trouble TAT 2 hrs and Resolution time 8 hours

Either the aforesaid is correct or “Love” is a binary term 0 or 1. If love is a binary term then, why do we hear questions like:

How much do you love me? Who do you love the most?

And statements like:

You’ve changed; you don’t love me the way you used to, before marriage.

If love is a binary term, then it is beyond human control. A man can fall in love with anyone and even with multiple women and vice versa. If this is correct then why is someone called a “cheat” when found with someone else in bed?

Can anyone calculate or measure love? Once this becomes possible, we will have Love measurement units or who knows, may be a luvometer to measure. Life will become easier for everyone. Just measure how much your husband/wife/girl friend/boy friend loves you and kick him/her out if the score is less.

We will read such NEWS in the newspaper:

The Times of Bindia - Monday, October 25, 2010 - Front Page

WIFE DEAD AND HUSBAND TRIES SUICIDE.

Husband shot and killed his young wife, at the latter's house in this morning and then turned the revolver to his own head attempt to suicide. The couple had a great deal of domestic trouble after wife accidently discovered that her husband Luvometer score is lower than her neighbor’s.

Everything mentioned above sounds funny but leads to confusion and more confusion. Why is this confusion around such a feeling? Why is defining Love is more complicated than any other emotion. Who knows the exact reason and I dont care either.

I guess the confusion is because it means different in different contexts. In general context, Love is the emotion of strong affection, care and attachment. In religious context, love is basis for all being, which is “GOD”. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, ranging from common pleasure to deep interpersonal attraction to passionate sexual desire. This variety of meanings with the complexity of human behavior makes love unusually difficult to define. Also, love is being politicized and manipulated so much that I don’t understand what the truth is. Do you?

Delhi we are proud !!!

It was a great success!!!!!!!!

Prayer for the NEWS Channels - God, make us brave; oh, braver than this. Let us straighten after pain, as a tree straightens after the rain, creepy, stumpy but shiny again. God, make us brave; much braver than this.

How could we be deprived of some spicy NEWS? We seriously don’t deserve it. This is what most of the Indian NEWS channels must be cribbing about after the successful completion of CWG 2010 New Delhi.

The Curry [New Zealand team's chef de mission Dave Currie] wasn’t too good this time. His dream of the “Games being called off” remained too far from the reality.

My suggestion to the foreign athletes who backed off at the last moment “Oh my delicate coo chi coos, you are old enough to leave sports and start baby sitting now.

Mr. Pole (_|_) HE”NRY” (Not Required “Yanky”), you are jobless, why don’t you join some speech therapy sessions till you find another one.

Special “Thanks” to al Qaeda, LeT who planned to attack CWG venues. It gave these outfits some space on the Newspapers since Mumbai attacks. Thanks for not showing up; we never expected your guest appearance.

Last but not the least- Thank you so much to all of us (Indians) to just keep talking about it and as usual do nothing.

Good Job Delhi !!!!!

Damn-Indians

As I connect my Tata photon plus USB Internet, comes the Yahoo! Fit to Post blog and all it says is the CWG scam. Alas, most of us (I call political enthusiasts), have been big gal’s blouse and talked everything possible to disgust our nation.

We won the bid for the CWG 2010 against Canada (already a developed country) in Nov 2003 and everyone is proud of it. The CWG Delhi 2010 won the bid on a promise that it would provide USD 100,000 to each participating country (actually 72), along with air tickets, boarding, lodging and transport. This will be the biggest event for our country and the most expensive CWG ever with an estimated budget of nearly USD 2 billion (may be more including infrastructure development in the city)

In July 2010, the Central Vigilance Commission and CAG released a report screening irregularities in up to 14 CWG projects. As per the reports the findings include, Award of jobs at higher prices, Poor Quality Assurance and Award of work to ineligible agencies. This is a matter of absolute shame for us, but is it worth talking about at this very moment when we are just a few days away from CWG?

I observe all kind of media attention and coverage to this news. Where ever you go Internet, TV, Blogs, News, Radio, everyone’s questioning the government and discussing corruption in India.

CWG Delhi has bigger challenges than this.

Challenge 1: Following the attacks on Mumbai in 2008 some athletes and their representative bodies expressed security fears during the CWG. The countries like UK and Canada also warned about potential attacks on commercial targets in Delhi.

Challenge 2: Helping 140000 Families to relocate from the areas to make space for CWG-related projects

My idea is to keep this issue to ourselves, just like my mom used to tell me to keep our family affairs within and not discuss it with our guests. I know there is a problem, but can we fix it now? Can we take the work back from these so called ineligible agencies and start fresh?

The answer is “No”. We are so close and we don’t have enough time to re-do it. I wish CVC had released report a few years ago when the work was given to these agencies. I don’t say that the people who are responsible should not be penalized, but this is not the right time. I understand the trauma and the so called disgrace we all (Indians) are going through, but this is time to “soldier on” our government and wish them “all the best”.

In the world where most of the Organizations say- “We are an equal opportunity employer”, unfortunately, the hiring process in a few organizations is still based on the irrational techniques like “Percentage of marks- secured in Indian Schools and Colleges”. This sounds absurd after looking at the significant development of human minds and Technology. Companies still find "marks scored" mesmerizing as a criterion to screen in/out candidates.

I am delighted to hear that top MNCs (wont call out names) are hiring rapidly, however, I was informed that the criterion (candidates with 60 % and above as aggregate) sounds very discouraging in the contemporary course of hiring.
We treat India’s “traditional” and “borrowed” (rather imposed) Lord MacAulay’s education policy as the foundation of our education system. Lord MacAulay’s education policy contains a few negative elements. The old education system of our country has become obsolete and has been discarded as it does not suit the needs of modern society. The old system was unproductive and moribund to the condition, which could not stand the test of scientific experiment and which also couldn’t satisfy rational thinking. Lord Macaulay (Thomas Babington) realized in early thirties of the 19th century that this system as adopted in India produced clerks who by education were to be of service to fulfill the demands of the British administration. It certainly created loyal clerks and officers of lower cadre and for sometime seemed to be successful in realizing the end sought for British Empire.
On the contrary, we are living in a world where science and technology has radically grown and we are amongst the top players of lunar mission. The traditional education system cannot be fruitful for a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and “DEVELOPING” country like India.

Let’s examine how it is so easy to secure marks in Indian system of education. Cheating is the most frequently, consciously and easily used tool to secure excellent marks because of the current system of education. I consider “mugging the entire book up” and “taking a chit to the examination hall” similar as the only difference is the media used.

We generally have more than 90% students in a class opting for Sanskrit (Senior classes) as it is the most scoring subject as projected by the teachers, however, those 90% students when grow up don’t remember even the Gayatri Mantra. They go for engineering, medical or any other subject competent of cultivating faster franks for them.

Look it from a different dimension, a student who mugs up the notes given by the teacher, scores better than a student who works on his own. This is realistic and it happens in our schools, colleges and reputed institutions. “Pragmatism” and “India’s education policy” are antonyms to each other.

“Saffronisation of our education” was the catch phrase during the BJP rule. Our syllabus in history books during the NDA Gov was changed twice in just one year. Saraswati Vandana was made compulsory in schools. The assassination of Mahatma Gandhi “a great twirl in the Indian history” could not find 5* 4 cms.

The assertion of the Authors regarding the existence of Kailash Parvat, Mansarovar and Baikunth was really a joke for the genuine historians. People would go to china to see Mansarovar and Kailash but where would they go to visit Baikunth (The residence of lord Vishnu). The authors have provided facts regarding the Jazia tax. As per the books, during the rule of “Akbar the Great” (known for promoting secularism) tax levied on Hindus was 70% and just 30% on the Muslims. The Islamic rulers always treated the subject people as inferior, unequal and a second-class citizen. The Islamic rulers levied Jazia (Protection Tax) on non-Muslims and banned bearing of arms. They called the protected people as Dhimmi and imposed on them many shameful restrictions and special taxes so that they may feel compelled to convert. The atrocities committed on Sikh gurus by Aurangzeb are clearly written in the history books. The Facts are required but are they really required for students in junior classes?

These facts are crafting confusion amongst different communities in society. If a student does not study this irrational stuff, may secure low scores. It is so easy to get high scores in Indian education system, while intelligence is something can not be acquired. It is within and gets better by experience.

There are several logical ways to screen out candidates. Organizations can use different intelligence and psychometric tests to validate the “I.Q” and “E.Q” of the Candidates. The bottom line is opportunity should not be restricted to the candidates who secure excellent marks. Candidates with an excellent I.Q should be considered equally.
